Abu Dhabi Islands
There are numerous islands in Abu Dhabi offering different activities for the visitors. The majority of the islands are flat, sandy and uninhabited, but each has its own character.Both Saadiyat Island and Yas Island are under development at the moment. Bu Tinah Island
This island which is located approximately 130km west of Abu Dhabi, is part of the Marawah Marine Biosphere Reserve. Bu Tinah Island with its horse-shoe shaped looked preserves rich marine and terrestrial ecosystems.
Saadiyat Island located on the east of the Corniche is turning into a top spot for luxury leisure and cultural destination which includes world-class entertainment centres, museums, resorts, upscale residences and business centres.
Al Reem Island
Al Reem Island is only 600 meters away from Abu Dhabi's coast and it will be one of the most eye catching tourist developements int he world. The island will feature hotels, restaurants, gardens, museums, an aquarium, amusement parks for children and a diverse wildlife reserve.
