Is the Dining Benefit valid if dining alone?
Yes, as a Yum member you receive a 20% discount on the food portion of the bill when dining alone in any participating restaurants.

Can we use two membership cards at one table?
Only one membership card may be used per dining table or dining party.

Can I use my membership card for In-Room Dining?
Benefits do not extend to in-room dining, but your membership card will be honoured in all participating restaurants listed in this directory.

I lost my membership card. Is this replaceable?
Please contact the YUM office on 800 101 101 and we will issue a replacement membership card with the same expiry date as the original for a small administration fee of AED 75.

Will lost vouchers also be replaced?
Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

Is the card valid during special events?
Card holder can enjoy 20% discount on food for maximum 10 people reservation during special events such as Iftar, Suhoor, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day Lunch, New Year’s Eve or Valentine’s Day Dinner.

Can I give my YUM Card to someone else to use?
The YUM card is personalised for your use only and proof of identity may be requested.

Will I be able to receive my Dining Benefit at the restaurant if I have forgotten my card?
The YUM Card is your identification as being a member. You must therefore present a valid membership card after your meal in order to receive this benefits.
